Adam Holdridge

Founder, Portland Office

Adam Holdridge started working in the technology sector in 1998, and graduated from Pepperdine University in Los Angeles. Ten years later, his one-man computer consulting and web development company has become H Squared Productions, H2P, Inc. which employs over ten individuals in multiple global locations.

While developing the business, Adam has worked concurrently with NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, World Wide Wireless Communications, Prudential Malibu Realty, and the Seaside Management group in Hawaii throughout his career. In addition to these relationships, he is also a Microsoft Certified Professional and participated as an exam writer for the CompTIA A+ exam during 2007.

Adam enjoys dining out in Portland’s culinary scene, traveling, and exercising on weekends with his two Black Labradors, Benny and Pete.

John Holdridge

Founder, Los Angeles Office

Shortly after his graduation with honors from University of Southern California Annenberg School, John teamed up to work alongside his brother, Adam with their previous Internet technology company. After a year of growing and building the business together, they created H2P Inc. Today, H2P Inc is a global Internet company that serves all types of businesses of all shapes and sizes.

John has excelled in Project Management and leadership for 5 years with the former Holdridge Technologies and now with H2P, Inc. finds true joy in managing his clients and making sure that all areas of their work is beyond extraordinary.

John has a deep passion for cars, loves to play music and enjoys surfing.

Justin Giritlian

Founder, Director of Video 3.0

While finishing his studies at USC School of Cinematic Arts, Justin joined John and Adam as they began taking on new ventures. One year later with diploma in hand, Justin now overseas and directs all the video aspects to H2P, Inc. In order to handle the projects, he has opened a fully featured multi-media studio in Los Angeles. 

Justin is a pioneer, leading the way through the future as the relationship between Internet and video blossoms.

Justin loves art, music, and of course, filmmaking.  Having a passion for directing and telling stories, he is determined to find the balance between art and commerce using film/video as his medium.

Jordan Benedict

Office Manager

Graduating with a major in Communications and an emphasis in Media Production from California Lutheran University, Jordan always knew he wanted to make movies. After growing up with Justin, and then meeting John, teaming up was inevitable. Being a child of the internet, and always managing to have the newest device, it was only natural for Jordan to enter a web-video sphere professionally; bringing his skill set to facilitate, originate, and cooperate with co workers and clients alike.

After growing up in front of the camera, Jordan has always had a deep passion for acting, as well as music, art, technology, and obviously food! He enjoys everything he looks at on two levels, 1. As a consumer and an extreme love for the arts and 2. As a student that takes each passion and makes it a learning experience.

Jordan is a true optimist, believing in staying positive and focusing on how to take work and life to the next level.

Blake Ellis

Project Manager

Blake Ellis pairs a fine arts and graphic design background with extensive real estate experience as an H2P project manager in Portland. He’s worked with real estate clients in Los Angeles and Portland in developing custom websites and marketing campaigns.


A Portland native, Blake was watched Portland’s core change dramatically over the last several years. He enjoys spending time enjoying the city’s burgeoning cultural and culinary scene, and also markets new construction real estate developments in Portland’s North Pearl District.

Scott Wilson

Project Manager

Scott has been with H2P Inc for over a year and is a graphic designer, artist and published author. He received his B.S. degree in Art and a M.S. degree in Writing/Book Publishing from Portland State University. At H2P, Inc. he works as a project manager, copywriter, and creative artist for the company.


In his spare time, Scott time is spent between painting large abstract oil paintings and is currently working on a novel.
